At Destination CrossFit, we’ve always believed fitness is about more than what happens during your one-hour class. We celebrate PRs, cheer each other through difficult workouts, and build a community that supports people at every stage of their journey. But there has always been one truth we can’t ignore:

Your workout is only one hour of your day.
What about the other 23?

That’s why we are incredibly excited about our Individual Nutrition Program and App that we are inviting everyone in the box to try out.
For years, members have asked questions like:

“What should I eat before workouts?”
“How do I lose body fat without feeling miserable?”
“Why am I training hard but not seeing results?”
“How can I fuel performance while still balancing real life?”

The answer usually isn’t another workout. It’s what happens outside the gym.
Through our new nutrition program, we’re bringing coaching and support into the hours that matter most—the meals, habits, routines, and choices that happen long after class ends.

Our approach is heavily inspired by the mentoring fundamentals from Healthy Steps Nutrition (HSN), which emphasize something we deeply believe in: people don’t need perfection; they need guidance, accountability, and sustainable habits.

Nutrition isn’t about restrictive meal plans or unrealistic expectations. HSN mentoring fundamentals teach us that coaching starts with meeting people where they are. It focuses on understanding individual goals, creating trust, listening first, and helping people build small, meaningful changes that fit real life.
Because real life is messy.
Schedules get busy. Kids have games. Work gets stressful. Sleep sometimes suffers. Vacations happen. Motivation comes and goes.

And that’s exactly why coaching matters.

Instead of handing someone a rigid set of rules and wishing them luck, nutrition coaching creates partnership. We help identify obstacles, celebrate wins, adjust when life changes, and build habits that actually last.
At Destination CrossFit, our members already know the power of accountability inside the gym. Showing up is easier when people know your name, celebrate your effort, and care about your progress.
Now we’re extending that support beyond the walls of the gym.
The goal isn’t just better performance in workouts—although that often happens. The goal is more energy, improved health markers, better recovery, increased confidence, stronger habits, and feeling good in your own skin.
Because health isn’t built during one hour a day.
It’s built in the other 23.
We’re excited to continue helping our community become stronger—not just in the gym, but in everyday life. Whether your goal is fat loss, improved athletic performance, more energy for your family, or simply creating healthier habits, we’re here to support the entire journey.

Destination CrossFit has always been about coaching the whole person.
Now we get to coach the whole day.
